Alice is a compassionate and experienced counsellor for individuals and offering supervision.
Lynn specializes in relationship therapy and has helped many couples.
Violetta is experienced in trauma therapy and provides a safe space for healing.
Offering concession sessions at only £20 (face to face on Wednesday mornings, or online throughout the week depending on availability), subject to prior assessment.

Our team of experienced counsellors are fully qualified and verified by BACP. They have all undergone enhanced DBS checks and are registered with the ICO.
All our counsellors are neurodivergent sensitive and LBGTQ+ affirmative.

Find answers to common questions about the booking process, cost, location, online counselling, in-person counselling, and cancellation policy.
To book an initial chat, simply fill out the booking form. Your counsellor will then get in touch, and, if agreed, set up counselling sessions directly with you.
The cost of counselling sessions varies depending on the duration and type of therapy.
Session cost £60 per individual therapy session. Couple therapy sessions cost from £80 per session, and supervision sessions £50.
We also offer low cost counselling by our trainee counsellor Mark, which only costs £20 per session.

Yes, we offer online counselling sessions for individuals and couples. All our therapist have specialist training in working with clients online. These sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms.
We do not provide an emergency service for clients.
