I am an experienced counsellor supporting clients who seek counselling for many different reasons, including low mood, depression, anxiety, stress, low confidence and self-esteem. I specialise in helping clients who have experienced childhood trauma in its many and varied forms, as well as relationship issues.

To book an initial chat, simply fill out the booking form. Your counsellor will then get in touch, and, if agreed, set up counselling sessions directly with you.
The cost of counselling sessions varies depending on the duration and type of therapy.
Session cost £60 per individual therapy session. Couple therapy sessions cost from £80 per session, and supervision sessions £50.
We also offer low cost, more affordable counselling by our counsellor in training Mark, which only costs £20 per session.

Yes, we offer online counselling sessions for individuals and couples. All our therapist have specialist training in working with clients online. These sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms.
We do not provide an emergency service for clients.

Offering concession sessions at only £20 (face to face on Wednesday mornings, or online throughout the week depending on availability), subject to prior consultation.
